• Unforeseen complications discovered during service

We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties

K & D Services guarantees our workmanship on all repairs and installations. Specific warranty terms:

• Labor Warranty: 90 days on all repair work
• Parts: Warranties are provided by respective manufacturers and vary by product
• New Installations: 1-year labor warranty on new system installation
